How it works
Apply
One application per tenant, and one per guarantor. Submitting prepares an email to our team; it is not a reservation, lease, or approval.
Information you provide is used by Beach Rentals Your Way to review your application, connect it with your roommate group or student, and contact you about housing. Roommates cannot see one another's applications. The only identification we ask for is a photo of your driver's license, which you attach to your application email. Email is not encrypted, so send only what is requested, and never Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card details. Credit and background screening for tenants is completed separately through TurboTenant, and the applicant pays that screening fee. Saturday check-in and check-out with a seven-night minimum. All of our homes are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs, with prior approval and a pet fee paid before check-in. Both homes are in the Eastward Look neighborhood, a short walk to Scarborough State Beach.

When we are not working, we love exploring new places, entertaining family and friends, and getting out to sporting events and live entertainment. Travel is our favorite thing, and Jenny can usually be found with a book in her hands. Our golden Newfoundland, Josie, keeps us company at home, which is why all of our short-term rentals welcome well-behaved dogs.
